My book was Jordi "The island of the poet" and tells the story of a young girl (Isa), which makes a trip to Colombia only to concerted his favorite writer, a man she believes saved her life with his poetry. whole book is summed up in the night, the talks they have about poetry, about the loneliness of the writer ... and soon we realize that Isaiah and Isaac (his name already announced handsome) are two sides of the same coin, what it means to be a writer: the desire to see the world, to eat it (represented by the restless Isa) and the desire to get away from him (Isaac).
an indispensable book, the brisk pace despite its temporary concentration. Sometimes when Jordi write, I get the feeling that the words are the heart rhythm. Syllable per beat. I do not know. Is accelerated when to accelerate, when to shut off.
